Workshop Terms and conditions

We are just a small business so don't have pages of T&C's to confuse you but please read the following to help everyone out!

  1. Payment is required in full to secure your place
  2. If you unfortunately have to cancel your attendance at a workshop that you have pre booked and paid for, but is 14 days or less before the date of workshop, your payment will unfortunately be lost.
  3. Cancellation 14 days prior it can be rearranged for another workshop date or a full refund can be provided.
  4. We have the right to cancel a workshop at any time for any reason, if it is us who cancels a workshop, whether within 14 days of the workshop date of not, a full refund will be given to all attendees that it affects.

Remember we are only small and don't forget we are at the end of the phone to help you through any purchases or eeek! problems.
